3. Would you support state or local legislation that would make it unlawful to discriminate based on sexual orientation in areas of housing, employment, and public accomodation, if this legislation exempted religious organizations, and did not ask for affirmative action or quotas?

4. Would you support Ohio House bill 257 that adds sexual orientation to the Ethnic Intimidation (Hate Crimes) law?

5. The Hawaii Supreme Court is expected to rule in mid-1997 on whether same gender marriages are legal in Hawaii. How would you vote or speak out on any bills presented in the Ohio Legislature attempting to bar the legality of same gender marriages performed in other states?
